Policies -
Appointments are accepted up to 12 months in advance and can be made by going to http://tiny.cc/indigoskymassage, emailing indigoskymassage@gmail.com or calling 563-329-0515. If you cannot make an appointment you are asked to notify me at least 24 hours in advance, or as soon as possible. If a client misses more than one scheduled appointment, they will be billed for the time which was reserved for them.
All sessions will be completed at the end of the scheduled time, regardless of the time the client arrives. Since a block of time is set aside for each client, clients are expected to pay for the full time that is reserved for them, even if they are late. Please try to come at least five minutes early to each of your appointments to help guarantee you will enjoy all of your scheduled time.
Payment is expected at the time of service. If you wish to submit your services to your insurance I will provide a receipt for you.We accept cash, check, PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.
All work done at this practice, as well as conversations between the practitioner and client will be treated in a confidential manner. You will be asked to sign a release asking if and where phone message can be left for you.
As a practitioner, I will:
Treat all clients with kindness, thoughtfulness and compassion in a safe, comfortable setting
Offer services within the limits of my training, to the best of my ability
Focus on you during your scheduled time
As a client, you are asked to:
Expect and receive polite, courteous service
Be the top priority of the moment
Tell me of any changes in your physical condition prior to your massage
Inform me immediately if I can do something to make your session more comfortable, such as changing the amount of pressure used, or adjusting the temperature of the room
Talk with me immediately if something is unsatisfactory. We will discuss how to resolve the situation in a way that is agreeable to both of us
Please tell your friends and family if you are happy with the services you receive
